Job Title: Drafting Coordinator

About the Role

This is a pivotal role within our drafting team where you will play a crucial part in coordinating and delivering high-quality drafting and 3D modelling services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Safety Leadership: Maintain a safe working environment, participating in regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  2. Drafting Coordination:
    1. Develop and enforce drafting standards and procedures.
    2. Establish and manage a drawing review and management system, including revision control and storage.
    3. Oversee the development and integration of 3D models from various sources.
    4. Prioritise and allocate drafting tasks in collaboration with the Engineering Manager.
  3. Drafting Execution:
    1. Create detailed drawings for tender, construction, and fabrication purposes.
    2. Develop and update 3D models, ensuring they meet required standards.
  4. Project Delivery:
    1. Ensure all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with project objectives.
    2. Actively manage risks to achieve a zero-harm project outcome.
