As a Regional Manager, you will lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional ICT services to Defence personnel across their region. Your role is accountable for service delivery, customer relationship management, regional project support, audio visual support, communication security services, VIP support, and asset management.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational requirements, developing approaches to ways of working, guiding and mentoring regional teams, and escalating business issues. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure ongoing service delivery and facilitate the Regional Governance Forum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality ICT services to Defence personnel across the region
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service
  • Regional Project Support: Provide support to regional projects to ensure successful outcomes
  • Audio Visual Support: Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment to support presentations and meetings
  • Communication Security Services: Ensure the secure transmission of sensitive information using approved protocols and procedures
  • VIP Support: Provide exceptional support to VIP visitors and events
  • Asset Management: Manage and maintain assets, including IT equipment and facilities
