Key Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large network of contracted service providers within their designated region.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in contract management. They will also have the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

The position demands a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Standard Operating Procedures, safe work practices, quality standards, and relevant policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Manage a large network of contracted service providers within the region.
  • Performance Improvement: Review, develop, and implement strategic changes to improve provider performance and expand service delivery.
  • Business Support: Support changing business needs and deliver objectives related to service delivery and commercial effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with other roadside delivery functions to achieve shared goals and improve performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in contractor management.
  • Strong systems experience and experience in large tender processes to secure providers.
  • Experience in introducing best-in-class technology for online provider management systems.
