
CX Design and Research Coordinator

The Customer Experience Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of customer-facing activities.
This includes coordinating and supporting research and design initiatives within product teams, managing intake and prioritization across the operational backlog, maintaining shared assets and systems, operationalizing design, research & content rituals, tracking usage of tools like project management software, design tools, and collaboration platforms, and liaising with procurement, legal, and privacy teams to streamline vendor onboarding and reduce friction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer experience, design operations, user experience, research operations, or a related coordination role, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This is a hands-on role with broad scope, perfect for someone who wants to go deep on how design and research teams work, and who's energized by making those systems smarter, simpler, and more scalable.
