
CX Operations Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that great experience design is delivered seamlessly. The Experience Design Coordinator coordinates and supports CX research and design initiatives, manages intake and prioritisation, maintains shared assets and systems, and operationalises design, research & content rituals.
The successful candidate will track usage of tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence, liaise with Procurement, Legal, and Privacy, and synthesise market, customer, and competitor insights into usable intelligence.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and supporting CX research and design initiatives, managing intake and prioritisation, maintaining shared assets and systems, operationalising design, research & content rituals, tracking usage of tools, liaising with Procurement, Legal, and Privacy, and synthesising market, customer, and competitor insights.
- Process & Delivery: Streamline workflows, manage intake, support delivery coordination
- Tools & Systems: Maintain design tools, templates, rituals, and onboarding resources
- Insight Ops: Support research logistics, compliance, and knowledge management
- Cross-Functional Enablement: Help CX navigate Legal, Procurement, Privacy, and other partners

Qualifications and skills required include experience in CX, Design Ops, UX Ops, Research Ops, or a related coordination role, strong organisational skills, familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Miro, Confluence, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a learning mindset.
