Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the Program Leader position. This role is responsible for supporting Queensland's participation in sport and active recreation, with a focus on making more Queenslanders more active, more often.

Precincts and Venues provide regionally significant venues that cater to the needs of our community, ensuring that everyone has access to inclusive and inspiring experiences.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of Australian sports culture, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Australian citizenship, permanent residency status or a visa permitting you to work in Australia, a current driver's licence, and current First Aid and CPR certification are also essential requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sport and recreation, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is committed to delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of programs that promote active recreation and sport in Queensland;

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to relevant parties.
