Program Manager Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lifestyle Programming: Develop and design diverse range of programs tailored to residents' interests, abilities and preferences.
  • Resident Needs Assessment: Create and review Lifestyle Assessments to ensure needs-based programming occurs.
  • Event Execution: Oversee the execution of planned activities and events. Ensure activities are well-organized, safe and inclusive, allowing all residents to participate to maximum of their abilities.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train and coordinate volunteers who can assist with activities and events.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, passionate and willing to learn. They should possess collaborative and skilled teamwork abilities as well as friendly and effective communication skills.
