About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of leisure and lifestyle programs in our care homes, promoting emotional and physical rehabilitation through recreational activities that enhance holistic wellbeing.

This role requires strong organisational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (desirable) and previous experience in a similar role or caring for the elderly within an aged or community care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage wellbeing carers and provide quality care
  • Conduct assessments and ensure infection control and work health and safety standards are met
  • Plan and organise recreational activity programs that meet individual resident needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a similar role or caring for the elderly
  • Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
