We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Community and Lifestyle Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering Person-First Leisure and Lifestyle Programs within our care homes, promoting holistic wellbeing among residents.

  • Manage a team of Wellbeing Carers, providing them with guidance and support to promote emotional and physical rehabilitation through recreational activities.

As the Community and Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of leisure and lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of residents. You will work closely with other team members to plan and organize these programs, ensuring they are well-structured and effective in promoting resident wellbeing.

  • Certification in Leisure and Lifestyle or related field is desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in aged or community care settings
  • Senior First Aid Certificate is essential
What You'll Bring:
  • A strong background in recreation therapy or a related field
  • Experience working with older adults, preferably in an aged or community care setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
