This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their well-being and dignity.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting residents in their daily activities, including tasks such as continence management, showering, dressing, and personal grooming.
They will also ensure that residents receive their prescribed medications promptly and accurately, and collaborate in the preparation, service, and delivery of daily meals and special functions.
Additionally, the Personal Care Attendant will manage laundry tasks for residents as required, maintaining their comfort and hygiene.
Requirements:- Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain
- Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing
