Our team is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Support Worker to join our care model.
About the Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will be part of a flexible and empowering care model that puts choice back into the hands of consumers.
You will work in partnership with clients, families, and professionals to help maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Your role will be varied and rewarding, helping people with personal care, meal prep, transport, social connection, and home support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care, grooming, and medication prompts
- Domestic support: cleaning, laundry, basic gardening
- Meal planning, preparation, and cooking
- Transport and community access
- Emotional and social support
- Supporting health goals under care plans
We are looking for caring, respectful, and flexible team players who have strong communication and cultural awareness skills.
