Job Description


This is a legacy executive position that will oversee a diverse portfolio made up of the following service lines: Support Coordination, Daily Living, Supported Independent Living, Community Participation, Allied Health, Aged Care Community Supports and Day Centres.


As the Disability Services Director, you will lead the delivery of clinical care services within best practice clinical governance.


You will lead change by anticipating requirements for the future and actively working to improve team outcomes, the Diocese, and adding value to our community.


Ensure a staff focus on quality, client-centred approaches, and resident satisfaction.


Contribute to and support the implementation of the organisation's strategic vision and plan.


Ensure effective incident management systems are linked to risk management continuous improvement.



Required Skills and Qualifications


An established executive leader within the Human Services sector with a demonstrated history of leading geographically dispersed teams driving exceptional service delivery and outcomes for clients.


Candidates with the following experiences and skillsets are encouraged to apply:



  • Tertiary qualification in Health, Social Work or relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience at a senior level across Community and Home Care and/or disability services.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase the commercial value of business streams.
  • Experience in funding negotiation and contract management.
  • Ability to think strategically and be a change agent.
  • Demonstrated experience using effective governance frameworks to ensure ethical use of financial resources and professional standards of planning and budgeting.

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum


According to industry standards and the location, the salary range for this role is estimated to be between $120,000 and $150,000 per annum.
