Property Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to build strong relationships.
  • Manage arrears and conduct inspections as required.
  • Represent the company at tribunal hearings when necessary.
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance to ensure timely completion.
  • Establish competitive rental rates through market research.
  • Collaborate with leasing partners and assistant property managers to deliver excellent service to clients.
Requirements:
  • Hold a current property management license (essential).
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential).
  • Demonstrate experience in property management, managing a portfolio (essential).
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills.
