Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our members, handle membership sales and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and have a positive attitude. They will be responsible for providing support to our members, handling membership transactions and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and greeting members and guests upon arrival
  • Monitoring club access and responding to member inquiries
  • Selling memberships and completing associated paperwork
  • Operating the Point-of-Sale system and collecting past due accounts
  • Assisting with club tours and daily cleaning tasks
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience advantageous
  • Certificate 3 in Fitness may be an advantage
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification required
  • Valid Working with Children check certificate/number required
  • Completed National Police Check certificate within 12 months of employment commencement date
