Footwear Retailer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic footwear retailer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with customers, selling products, and creating unforgettable shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process large volumes of stock and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Pick and pack click and dispatch orders efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Full availability from October to Mid-January – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets & KPIs.
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
