Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This role will be responsible for coordinating the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures and ensuring all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and understanding of inventory management and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritizing tasks and coordinating the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house
  • Stocking flow including inbound goods and processing, returns processing, transfers, invoice management
  • Providing excellent customer service and effectively handling customer complaints and queries
  • Ensuring all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements
