Job Title

As a highly skilled and experienced team leader, you will have the opportunity to take charge of our production lines and lead a team of machine operators. You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of machine operators to achieve production targets
  • Operate and maintain complex machinery, including chocolate moulding lines and enrobing machines
  • Take responsibility for quality control and ensure that all products meet our high standards
  • Organise and coordinate the work of the team to ensure smooth operation of the production line
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with experience in operating complex machinery
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
