Operational Readiness Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Operational Readiness Leader to drive the successful operationalization of our mining projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to meet short-, medium-, and long-term goals, objectives, and targets.
  • Oversee cost-effectiveness of contractors and business partners by actively seeking financial improvements and resource allocation.
  • Achieve long-term sustainability of operations by identifying growth opportunities and implementing systems to support operations.
Requirements:
  • Extensive proven senior leadership experience in open-pit mining with a strong background in project management and contractor management.
  • Recognised tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
  • Possess a valid Western Australian 1st Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency or Quarry Managers Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
