Depot Operations Manager

About this role:
">- We are seeking a skilled Depot Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our depot, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient recycling processes.
- Support the day-to-day management of the depot, including manual counting of containers and sorting recyclable items into their correct categories.
- Lead a small team to deliver outstanding customer service, providing assistance to customers with their recycling products and promoting return customers.
- Cash handling and accurate record keeping.
- Ensure staff adhere to health and safety procedures and identify potential hazards or risks.
- Continuously improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience is highly preferred.
- Leadership experience in a similar role will be highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
- A current driver's license.
