Job Title: Key Support Role

About the Job:
  • Manage customer interactions and requests via phone, email, and in-person
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial, human resource, and other systems
  • Support administrative activities, including hiring and onboarding processes
  • Use mainstream software applications, such as Microsoft Office and databases (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
  • Assist senior staff with special projects as needed
Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and database applications
  • Confidence in using digital devices or willingness to learn
  • Qualifications and experience in Administration or Business are highly desirable
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
