**About the Role**

As a Disability Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals within the community who are living with mental health conditions or physical disabilities. You'll play a pivotal role in improving their quality of life by offering both practical assistance and emotional support, whether it's in their homes, clinics, hospitals, or out in the community.

**Requirements needed**:

- Available for Overnight & Day Shifts (24/7 Care)
- A reliable vehicle with a Driver's License & Comprehensive car insurance (or be willing to obtain)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent & Minimum 1 years experience in Support Work Role or similar
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check, NDIS Yellow Card, and Working with Children Check (all willing to obtain)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.73 - $88.58 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Support Work: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
