Job Description:

As an Aftersales Business Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing tailored solutions that drive workshop and parts sales.

You will work closely with the truck sales team, parts department, and service teams to deliver exceptional support throughout the customer journey. Your key responsibilities will include driving retention and acquisition, promoting and selling contract maintenance programs and aftersales services, acting as a key link between new truck sales, parts, and service, and maintaining accurate records using our systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive retention and acquisition by actively engaging new and existing customers through site visits and ongoing relationship management.
