Job Summary:
- The Production Coordinator role is a key position within our organization.
We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, records management, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation of production activities and materials management.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, accurately maintaining and reconciling production records, entering production-related data into MoPro, preparing reports and analysis on production KPIs, variances, and operational performance, supporting coordination of production scheduling with the Production Supervisor, assisting with quality assurance programs and audits, maintaining compliance documentation, and responding to internal and external queries regarding production status and product availability.
The successful candidate will thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, with strong Excel-based reporting tools to support financial and operational insights.
Requirements:Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with inventory management software (MoPro)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or administrative role
