About this Role
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to manage life insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes for customers.
Main Responsibilities- Manage life insurance claims end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with our philosophy, policy, and claims procedures
- Assess, analyze, calculate, and finalize claims payments
- Engage with external treating doctors, rehabilitation consultants, medical, and legal specialists to deliver timely outcomes
- Life insurance claims management experience within Group policy, preferably with IP and/or TPD claims experience
- Workers Compensation or Return to Work claims management experience with an Allied Health background
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and empathy to support customers during challenging times
