We are seeking an exceptional Business Performance Partner to support our business and high performing teams.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and delivering high-value HR solutions. You will work closely with various teams across QLD and nationally to understand their needs, conduct recruitment at all levels, provide guidance on HR matters, and facilitate initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboration with stakeholders to provide a consistent recruitment process across all business divisions.
  • Working closely with leadership teams to increase engagement and drive positive outcomes for employees.
  • Ensuring new team members have a positive and structured onboarding experience.
  • Supporting a range of HR-related projects from conception to completion, providing HR support at all levels.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant HR qualifications and experience in a Business Partnership capacity.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Experience supporting performance management processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
