About This Role:
- Support the design and implementation of repeatable, scalable systems, policies, and programs for our global team.
- Responsible for talent acquisition, compliance with employment laws, employee engagement, and HR processes to maintain a high-performance work culture.
- Implement benefits and compensation, tax management, develop policies, and code of conduct compliant with regulations.
- Develop programs that can scale globally to improve employee experience and optimize efficiency in the HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement people strategies to support organizational growth by fostering high performance, inclusivity, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Advise on business decisions aligned with legislative changes and compliance requirements.
- Guide employee survey action plans to drive global engagement and retention.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across Australia, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Ensure consistent application and integration of people policies, programs, and practices.
- Report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Support performance reviews, goal setting, and compensation processes.
- Provide compliant employee relations advice, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Lead HR training and development to drive upskilling, mobility, and retention.
- Assist in developing policies, systems, and metrics to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed.
- Manage onboarding, new-hire orientation, and exit processes, ensuring exceptional experiences and HRIS accuracy.
- Support payroll processing, including updates, reimbursements, and compliance audits.
