Innovative Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking talented individuals to join our rehabilitation team in Western NSW, working in a flexible hybrid environment.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will empower injured clients to thrive through innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.
Key Responsibilities- Actively manage client portfolios with commitment and care.
- Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
- Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture.
- Manage time effectively with autonomy to work on-site, in the office or from home.
- Hold qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
- Be registered with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, or RCAA.
- Possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to empower clients in their recovery journey.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
