The Operations Lead will oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, risk management, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
- Drive business growth by maximising revenue, exceeding targets, and implementing strategies to reduce vacancies and increase renewals.
- Lead the mobilisation efforts to ensure a seamless launch and flawless operational kick-off.
- Develop and implement initiatives to build a high-performing team focused on delivering best-in-class service and professionalism.
This individual must possess a deep understanding of commercial operations, rental market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
Key requirements include:
- A background in commercial operations or hospitality.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong financial management skills and the ability to analyse complex data sets.
- Valid Agent's Rep Licence – Estate Agent's licence preferred (VIC).
