Stratco is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to optimize the supply chain process, ensuring accurate orders and timely customer updates.

The Opportunity

This role involves coordinating the logistics of receiving and dispatching goods, as well as interacting with customers to resolve their queries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Packing and storing finished goods to prevent damage and maintain inventory control.
  • Loading customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Providing excellent customer service through daily interactions and resolving customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Participating in toolbox and team meetings to stay informed and contribute ideas.
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment by performing general housekeeping duties.

About You:

  • You possess proven experience in forklift driving and loading vehicles.
  • You hold a valid forklift license and driver's license.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on accuracy.
  • You are computer literate and proficient in basic software applications.
  • You demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards achieving results.
