- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage deliveries to trade customers
- Build strong relationships through sales and high service standards in a customer-facing role
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Safely deliver parts and products to our trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
- Actively promote products and marketing activities when delivering products
- Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, and customer enquiries
Requirements:
- Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deliveries based on urgency
- Customer service mindset; can build strong customer relationships
- Friendly and knowledgeable
- Comfort working independently
- Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
- Ongoing commitment to safe driving practices
- Hold a current/valid driver's license (manual preferred)
- Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment (desirable)
