Job Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Delivery Manager to coordinate and manage deliveries to trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage delivery logistics
  • Evaluate safe working conditions
  • Maintain safe driving practices
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Build strong professional relationships with customers
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
  • Promote company products and services during delivery operations
  • Provide administrative support as required, such as processing orders, dispatching goods, handling credits, and responding to customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and knowledgeable approach
  • Capacity to work independently
  • Physical fitness to perform the demands of the role (including handling heavy products)
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times
  • Ongoing dedication to adhering to safe driving standards
  • Hold a current valid driver's license (manual preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles within a trade or mechanical environment (desired)
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with possible additional hours as needed
