The role of Advanced CKD Nurse Practitioner is a key position in the healthcare sector, providing expert clinical support to end-stage renal disease patients.
About The RoleThis autonomous and collaborative role streamlines assessments, referrals, prescribing, and ongoing reviews across the care continuum for stage 4/5 CKD cases.
About You- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Renal nursing is required.
- A Post graduate Masters of Nurse Practitioner qualification is essential.
- Candidates must be motivated, autonomous and able to work collaboratively with departments across various health services and community settings.
- Proven clinical leadership skills and a commitment to quality and safety are necessary.
