Renal Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic nurse to join our renal service, providing care for patients with all aspects of renal failure.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake a 12 month supported learning program, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Deliver high quality patient care to individuals with renal failure
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a commitment to ongoing learning, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A Postgraduate Certificate in Renal Nursing is highly desirable.
