Job Title: Director of Curriculum

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the development and implementation of our curriculum.

About the Role:
  • Lead the curriculum area to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Educate staff on socially just practices to embed in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance through effective leadership.
  • Maintain ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices.
  • Foster partnerships with students, parents, government agencies, and community groups to enhance education.
  • Strategically plan for future growth and success.
  • Understand legislation and policies impacting schooling, especially relating to students and staff.
  • Effectively manage human, financial, facilities, and curriculum resources to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive curriculum plan for Science (Junior).
  2. Promote instructional excellence across the science faculty.
  3. Cultivate relationships with students, teachers, parents, and the broader community.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for education.
