Director of Engineering and Technology

  • Staying ahead of emerging trends in technology and engineering education to continuously improve quality and relevance of programs.

About You

We are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking leader with a strong background in engineering, design, and technology education. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Design, Technology, or related fields).
  • Proven leadership experience within an educational institution or similar environment, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
  • A deep understanding of engineering and technology education, including curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire staff, students, and external partners.
  • A commitment to promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
