We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in procurement and strategic sourcing to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our global operations by developing and implementing category strategies that drive business growth and improve efficiency.

You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement category strategies that align with business objectives
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure best-in-class pricing and terms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal customers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve processes, and enhance supplier performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of category strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain management, business administration)
  • Experience with source-to-contract and procure-to-pay practices
  • Proficiency in using procurement tools such as SCOUT, COUPA, Oracle, etc.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
