Administrative Role
As a skilled administrator, you will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.
- Provide exceptional customer service to families and clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions;
- Manage appointment schedules for therapists and coordinate with other administrative tasks as needed;
- Maintain accurate patient records, manage data entry, and ensure confidentiality of client information;
- Process accounts receivable, NDIS claims, and other financial transactions with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Collaborate with therapists to complete administration tasks relevant to therapy sessions;
- Perform general typing and computer work including correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of NDIS requirements and experience working in allied health/clinic environments is desirable;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and families;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word;
- A proactive approach to quality improvement and commitment to delivering exceptional service;
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;
- Compliance with regulatory requirements, including Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate, and First Aid certificate.
