This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in a national insurance litigation team. The role involves managing your own motor and property recovery files, advising insurers on risk and claims management, handling negotiations, settlements, and defended matters.
You will have the autonomy to run your own files from day one, with realistic targets and a no-burn-out culture. You will work with top insurer clients and have clear career progression opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience in insurance litigation, motor or recoveries, and be confident in managing their own files and liaising with insurer clients. They will also have strong communication and file management skills, with an eye for details, and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
