About the Role:
Cement Australia is seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join their team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide coaching and guidance to line leaders, support them in managing day-to-day HR issues, and prepare letters of offer and other required documents.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in HR Generalist roles, a degree in Human Resources, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also need experience in managing employee relations issues and interpreting enterprise agreements.
