We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered care that addresses the unique needs of each individual.
About the Role- Provide leadership and guidance to Personal Care Workers and support Registered Nurses in their role to foster a collaborative approach to resident care.
- Deliver exceptional care that prioritizes cultural, spiritual, and individual needs, ensuring the well-being and dignity of all residents.
- Support nursing staff with assessment and care planning processes, documentation, and evaluation of care outcomes, promoting evidence-based practice.
- Analyze risks and implement strategies, participating in clinical handovers with Registered Nurses to ensure seamless care delivery.
This part-time opportunity requires working Thursday to Saturday from 7am to 3pm each week, offering a great work-life balance.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you should have current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2), with at least one year's experience in residential aged care, preferably including experience with dementia care and palliative care support.
You will need to possess excellent communication skills, decision-making abilities, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to delegate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
