Residential Care Assistant

We have various part-time and full-time positions available for immediate start.

Our organization is seeking a dedicated care assistant who possesses a strong focus on residents and can work effectively within a team environment.

Applicants must be women interested in delivering high-quality care in residential or community-based settings.

We welcome both new graduates and experienced care assistants looking to return to work.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care
  • Valid National Police Check
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificate (including booster)
  • Positive and professional work ethic with a commitment to exceptional resident care
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic person
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Sound computer skills
