Aged Care Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Care Director.

This is a full-time position responsible for improving every aspect of resident wellbeing.

The role requires:

  • Assessment, planning, and evaluation of resident care while partnering with family members to ensure safe, quality care.
  • Promotion of a positive learning environment to grow the capability and knowledge of carers and nurses.
  • Overseeing clinical governance through quality improvement, auditing, and reporting.
  • Monitoring availability and provision of clinical resources.
  • Development of clinical care programs.

Requirements include:

  • At least 3 years in a clinical leadership role within a large aged care home.
  • A strong desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • Qualifications as a registered nurse and current registration.
  • Experience in managing people and budgets.
