Early Years Leader

Nurture and inspire young minds as a Group Leader in a collaborative environment that values open communication and sees children as competent and capable learners.
This role involves leading a team to provide high-quality education and care to children, developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children.
- Leading a team of educators to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children;
- Maintaining relationships with children, families and colleagues;
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge;
As a successful candidate, you will need to hold, or be willing to enrol and work towards:
- A Diploma qualification in early childhood (qualification must be recognised by ACECQA); or enrolled and actively working towards
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one
