This role involves leading a team to create a positive culture focused on delivering high-quality care. You will promote a supportive environment that fosters resilience and positive outcomes for the young people in our care.
Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of all team documentation, organizing and leading team meetings, delegating tasks, and completing shift work as needed. You will also provide compassionate and person-centered support to young people with diverse needs and abilities.
