Job Opportunity: Project Officer

This is a key role within our organization, supporting strategic business initiatives through policy research, environmental scans and analysis. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions that improve effectiveness, experience and efficiency of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting project managers by analyzing hospital activity and other related data to identify issues and solutions.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to schedule and prepare content for consultation and workshop facilitation.
  • Facilitating planning workshops with various teams and divisions across the hospital.
  • Preparing executive reports in collaboration with project managers to convey key outcomes and risks.
Requirements
  • Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify complex problems.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to produce and present business-related documentation.
  • Ability to propose effective solutions to problems through proactive information seeking.
  • Proficient use of key applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, MIRO and Trello.
