Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive a dynamic Construction enterprise forward. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in coordinating strategic initiatives and managing high-level support for the group CEO.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment, supporting both professional demands and personal commitments of the founder. You will foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring seamless coordination across the business.

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and events across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports, handle correspondence, draft communications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including compiling agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups are actioned.
  • Book domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries, process reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Act as the first point of contact, liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
