Job Overview

As a Senior Strategic Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success by executing strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration across various teams. You will be responsible for establishing governance structures, coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing project timelines, and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission.">
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership, operational teams, and the broader community to align with organizational goals and strategic priorities
  • Develop, manage, and refine comprehensive project milestone and deliverable schedules, ensuring effective sequencing and prioritization of projects
  • Provide advice on issues, options, and solutions as directed and collaboratively implement agreed outcomes
  • Build transformation capability across the organization in collaboration with senior leaders

Ideal Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A tertiary qualification in business, project management, or a related field
  • Minimum five (5) years of project management experience
  • Experience in supporting the planning and monitoring of organisational strategy and/or complex service development projects within a legislative framework
