Job Description

Inspire young minds as an after-school care educator in a supportive environment that fosters growth and learning. As an OSHC Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering diverse and stimulating programs tailored to children's interests and needs.

Assist in planning and delivering engaging experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in children. Ensure active supervision at all times, providing a safe and inclusive environment for all students.

Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene while fostering strong relationships with children, families, and the community. Help establish positive daily routines, boundaries, and behavior guidance that promote a culture of respect and responsibility.

  • Deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment that promotes open communication and shared goals.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid NSW Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (HTAID004) – or willingness to obtain.
  • Qualifications in Child Education & Care (highly regarded).
