Product Data Coordinator

The role of a Product Data Coordinator is vital in ensuring all products are available on our website on time, with high-quality visuals and accurate product data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end enrichment process for ecommerce including all data points and photography.
  • Ensure product enrichment is managed efficiently, with strong attention to detail and in a timely manner.
  • Generate/create product descriptions by using product data available and using the appropriate tone of voice for the brand.
  • Manage product samples for photography and relationships with re-touchers to ensure photos are returned in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with brands and teams to get samples required for photographing.
  • Own the product data on site, ensuring all data is accurate to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Ensure the product experience (visuals, angles, background) is uniform across the website for different categories.
  • Optimise the user filtering experience by associating relevant attributes to products.
  • Work with the Ecommerce/SEO team to ensure products are optimised for SEO to drive traffic to the site from organic search.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

  • Preferable 1+ years ecommerce operations coordination in Magento or similar eCom platform - but not essential
  • Copy writing capability
  • MS Excel (Intermediate-Advanced)
  • Preferably footwear retail or wholesale background or an interest in sport/running
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A can-do attitude, hands-on and responsive
  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly self-driven with initiative to be hands-on to support the wider team
