Job Title:

Senior Dining Services Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Dining Services Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and service in a safe and clean environment.

Duties:
  • Deliver outstanding dining experiences for our elderly residents.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene throughout the dining areas.
  • Support resident food services across multiple shifts per day, including food preparation and presentation.
  • Clean kitchen and dining equipment, supplies, and facilities regularly.
  • Assist Chefs with event preparations, family gatherings, and special occasions.
  • Prepare condiments, stock, and cleaning supplies as required.
  • Support small food and drink preparation from our cafe operations.

This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail, with tasks involving bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing. You must be able to perform tasks safely without risk to yourself or others.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you will need to complete pre-employment checks, including an online medical and work rights verification. A current NDIS clearance or willingness to apply is also required.
